For a class assignment, we all made tessellations on the computer.
With a little help from tessellations.org,
we all opened up paint and started working. All of us used the slice method, a technique where
a tessellating shape is cut and taped together in such a way that the shape tessellates. A
tutorial on this method can be seen here.
At first, some of us struggled a bit to get the technique down without messing up, but after a couple
tries, we all got the idea down. Not only did we all create tessellations, we all made webpages
for the tessellations. Each page had the tessellation and a paragraph explaining it and why they
did it the way they did.
